Financial Planning & Analysis - Alternance

Role Overview:

Within the Corporate Finance department of AccorInvest, the Controlling division comprises two key services: Consolidation, Accounting & Norms, as well as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).

The Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) department is responsible for coordinating the financial processes used to steer the Group's business. It guarantees the analysis and flow of financial information within the Group (relations between head office and country finance teams).

As an apprentice, you will be fully integrated into the FP&A division's Reporting Center & Processes team and, under the guidance of the team manager, will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

Data Analysis & Reporting (Center of Excellence):

• Contribution to the development of Group KPIs and profitability reports (P&L)
• Generation of reliable reports (activity statistics, P&L, scope): collection, validation, and analysis of information
• Preparation of summaries and analyses of headquarters expenses
•  Preparation of concise yet impactful ad-hoc analyses for management

Supporting with monthly closure protocol:

• Monitoring of monthly closure and control of the reliability and quality of financial information reported at the group level
• Ensuring compliance with USALI rules (hospitality)
• Assisting regional hubs with their reporting needs, processes and tools

Engagement and Contribution in Diverse Projects:

• Enhancing & innovating with current reporting tools
• Harmonization of processes and optimization of existing practices

Skills and Requirements:

Enthusiastic Learner: Currently enrolled as a student in a Business School - 3rd year of University/Master 2, hungry for knowledge and eager to make an impact

Bilingual Brilliance: Fluent in both French and English, with excellent communication skills

Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack is a must-have, ensuring you're equipped to tackle any challenge

Analytical Ace: Sharp research skills coupled with strong analytical acumen, because insights are our currency

Well-organized and adaptable: you manage priorities effectively and work smoothly within a team.
