Role Overview:

After 6 years of established presence, AccorInvest is currently in a transformative phase. As an energy, water, and carbon apprentice, you'll play a vital role in contributing to the Group's ESG strategy and participating in key ESG initiatives, particularly in our carbon reduction action plan.

Your responsibilities will extend across corporate and operational functions, involving direct engagement with our hotels. This role demands a keen focus on Sustainability to drive impactful change.

Your main responsibilities :

• Prepare the deployment of the second phase of the 2026 – 2030 AccorInvest Decarbonization plan
• Organise governance
• Coordinate with various stakeholders.
• Monitor progress
• Support technical experts in identifying solutions
• Analyse monthly energy, water and carbon data and propose improvements to the current visualisation of the Power BI dashboards
• Analyse the loT data available in the AccorInvest energy & water management tool, documenting insights and presenting key findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Develop a Power BI dashboard to consolidate and manage waste data at the Group level.

Skills and Requirements:

• Strong interest in and knowledge of sustainable development.
• Technical expertise and a solid understanding of environmental impacts.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data manipulation; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Detail-oriented, creative, and well-organized.
• Fluent in English and French.
