Overview:
Essendi leads strategic projects, focusing on ESG, data & AI transformations, to deliver enhanced value. To ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes, technologies, structures, or cultural shifts, a Change Management Office has been put in place, seeking new talent to drive innovation and support employees.
Your Role:
As a trainee, collaborate directly with the Change Management Director, implementing Change Management Plans with business goals, for strategic projects.
Analyse change Management needs, design change management strategies and implement change management actions.

Main responsibilities:
Change Management Needs analysis:
· Assessing Change Management needs for emerging projects & initiatives
· Supporting Project Managers & initiatives leaders in the starting phase
· Ongoing identification and monitoring of new initiatives within the company, promoting a holistic approach of change management
Change Management Strategy Design:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts, identify stakeholders, and develop communication and engagement plans.
· Participate in change readiness assessments, and feedback collection to gauge change effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
Change Management Operations implementation & monitoring:
· Assist the projects team in developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives and projects.
· Support the development of training materials, job aids, and resources to facilitate change adoption and knowledge transfer.
· Assist in organizing and facilitating change management workshops, meetings, and events to promote awareness, understanding, and buy-in among stakeholders.
· Provide support for change management follow-up & activities, including documentation, tracking, and reporting of change-related metrics and milestones.
Competencies and Qualifications:
· Currently enrolled Master's degree program in Business Administration, Organizational Excellence, Human Resources, or a related field.
· Change Management & People Oriented: Your commitment to support people & promoting change sets you apart
· Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to understand complex concepts and synthesize information effectively.
· Creative Presentation: Your knack for crafting compelling presentations across diverse sectors like executive committees, change management, and collaborations with various partners is unmatched
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
· Project Management Enthusiast: You thrive on managing projects, offering proactive solutions and innovative approaches to challenges
· Team Player: Collaboration is your forte, recognizing the pivotal role teamwork plays in achieving success
· Multilingual Master: Fluent in English. French is a plus.
