Voilà les missions et compétences :

TACHES ADMINISTRATIVES

  • Suivi des virements : dossiers groupes / commercial / dĂ©biteurs divers
  • Caisses journalières : ouverture coffre, comptage et ouverture des enveloppes, contrĂ´le encaissements, remises en banque, rĂ©gularisation des Ă©carts constatĂ©s, remises titres (ANCV - Titres restaurants). Contestations cartes bancaires.
  • DĂ©biteurs Divers : enquĂŞte de solvabilitĂ©, crĂ©ation compte DD, contrĂ´le facturation, saisie, enregistrement des règlements, relances, provisions douteux, demandes de remboursement, transfert dossier en recouvrement.
  • RĂ©union DD : indicateurs, commentaires balance âgĂ©e
  • Commissions : Suivi, contrĂ´le et provisions fin de mois
  • ContrĂ´le points de fidĂ©litĂ© ALL : Ă©dition rapport, contrĂ´le des transactions, suivi des points de courtoisie, restitution Ă  la hiĂ©rarchie
  • Archivage annuel : commande des cartons, mise en cartons, fixation date enlèvement, envoi demande de destruction.
  • ContrĂ´le no show & annulation tardive : contrĂ´le facturation et suivi dossiers
  • Offerts : ouverture des comptes et clĂ´ture des comptes offerts et coupons
  • ComptabilitĂ© : justificatif des Ă©carts sur le rapprochement bancaire mensuel
