Le Sofitel Marseille Vieux Port recherche un(e) HĂ´te/HĂ´tesse de Restaurant.
Poste CDD, Remplacement Maladie - Niv 3, Ech 1

 Vous assurez les missions suivantes:

 - Prendre les réservations du restaurant gastronomique

- Conseiller le client dans ses choix
 - Assurer un accueil du client de qualité et dans l’esprit des valeurs Sofitel
 - Assurer les facturations

- GĂ©rer les bons cadeaux
 - Rédiger et mettre en page les menus

- Gérer les réservations pour évènements spéciaux

CRITERES

 - Excellente présentation

- Très bon niveau d’anglais, une 3ème langue serait un plus

- Capacité à travailler en équipe

- Maitrise du pack office

- Bonne capacité rédactionnelle

- Exp : 1 à 2 ans avec expérience significative dans le luxe
